Refund Policy
Casting is always free. This applies only to paid Deep Readings and subscriptions.

This policy is provided by TinyPrism LLC and applies to paid purchases at hexagramcast.com. Questions: hello@hexagramcast.com.
1. Digital goods
Deep Readings are digital goods delivered immediately. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable by its nature. By purchasing and generating a reading, you agree to waive any statutory “cooling-off” / withdrawal right for digital content.
2. Automatic refund on failure
If a Deep Reading fails to generate, the credit used is automatically refunded to your account — you don’t need to do anything.
3. Reading credits and packs
Single readings and packs are granted as “credits” that never expire. Used credits are non-refundable. For unused credits, we will consider a refund at our discretion if requested within 14 days of purchase in cases of billing error or duplicate charge.
4. Pro subscriptions
Pro renews automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not prorate refunds for a period already started. If you were charged by accident, contact us promptly after renewal and we’ll make it right in good faith.
5. Billing errors
If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us within 14 days and we’ll investigate and refund any genuine error.
6. How to request
Email hello@hexagramcast.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed by Stripe.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
